As Chief Financial Officer, Patty provides the financial strategy and oversight needed to ensure Habitat Philadelphia can achieve its goals to build and preserve affordable housing and serve more families in our city. 

Patty brings more than 19 years of experience in nonprofit accounting, financial leadership, and business operations to this role. Before joining Habitat Philadelphia, she served as Associate at Your Part-Time Controller, LLC, where she acted as fractional CFO for multiple nonprofit organizations, delivering strategic financial oversight, strengthening internal controls, and guiding teams through audits and compliance.  

Patty’s earlier experience includes accounting roles with the Comcast Corporation and various charter schools in New Jersey. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for analytical rigor, collaborative leadership, and a commitment to operational excellence. 

A Certified Public Accountant licensed in Pennsylvania, Patty holds a B.S. in Accounting from Rutgers University–Camden. She is skilled in financial reporting, grant management, process improvement, and cross-functional team leadership, and is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of transparency and accountability. 

Patty is energized by Habitat for Humanity’s mission to build community and the everyday moments that a stable home makes possible. She believes that strong financial stewardship is the foundation for lasting impact in the communities Habitat serves.
