Ivy Cobia-Miller
Chief Financial Officer
Ivy joined Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia in April 2023 with over 25 years of not-for-profit accounting experience and has served as a CFO since 2010.
Prior to Habitat Philadelphia, she spent the last 19 years at Easterseals of Southeastern Pennsylvania.
As Habitat Philadelphia’s CFO, Ivy leads the finance, ReStore and home sales teams. She develops and oversees the fiscal management strategy for Habitat Philadelphia to improve and maintain the financial health of the organization and provide strategy around financing and funding to empower the expansion of Habitat Philadelphia’s mission.
Additionally, she executes all related financial strategies and compliance related filings in accordance with generally accepted nonprofit accounting principles and practices. Ivy earned an accounting degree from North Carolina A&T State University.
