At Habitat, Carrie focuses on neighborhood revitalization, project financing, development, advocacy, construction industry engagement and partnership development.

Carrie holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of Maryland and a master’s degree in special education from John Hopkins University. She has a certificate in non-profit management and financial management from the Nonprofit Center at La Salle University’s School of Business.
