Learn more about partnering through our Homeownership Program and Home Repair Program
Our program eligibility requirements for our Homeownership Program and Home Repair Program are based on the same core tenets.
We partner with individuals and families who show a demonstrated need for our housing services. This may have to do with the condition of a home, or simply that rent or home repairs are too expensive.
Families partner with Habitat through “sweat equity” hours, working alongside Habitat staff and volunteers on construction and repair sites or at our ReStore.
Our Homeownership Program works with families who earn between 30 and 60 percent of the area median income (AMI) to ensure they can afford our thirty-year, affordable mortgage. For home repairs, loans are offered on a sliding scale based on income to keep repairs affordable.
