Coltrane Commons - North 33rd and Oxford Streets

Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia, Inc. (“Habitat” “HFHP” and “Developer”) invites your firm to submit a proposal to install site plumbing infrastructure extending storm and sanitary sewer service within a right-of-way to serve five, single-family houses Habitat subsequently plans to build as part of its “Coltrane Commons” affordable housing development project along North 32nd Street near West Oxford Street in Philadelphia’s Strawberry Mansion neighborhood.
