Help keep store operations running smoothly

COVID-19 Update

As builders at Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia, the safety of our staff, volunteers, homeowners, and the communities we work alongside has always been our top priority. We have been monitoring the spread of COVID-19 and have decided that Habitat Philadelphia’s ReStore, located at 2318 Washington Avenue, will suspend operations effective immediately.

This decision was incredibly difficult as all proceeds from the ReStore help Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia build and repair homes in our city. However, given recent developments surrounding COVID-19, we need to prioritize the health of our staff, volunteers, families, and shoppers that we work alongside.

Donation pickups that were scheduled are also temporarily suspended. We will work efficiently and swiftly upon re-opening to pickup all outstanding ReStore donations.

At Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia we are builders. We work alongside, not for, others. We are driven by accountability and defined by our stick-to-it-iveness. These core values guide our work every day, and we lean on them even more during this difficult time.

Thank you for your patience as we work through this together. We look forward to welcoming our shoppers back soon to help us continue to build a city where everyone has a decent place to live.

Volunteers at the ReStore help us organize inventory, provide customer service, and handle incoming donations.

ReStore volunteering is a great way to help Habitat for Humanity, because all profits from the ReStore help build and repair homes in Philadelphia.

Fill out the Volunteer Inquiry Form below, and Habitat’s Volunteer team will get back to you with dates to attend a ReStore Volunteer Orientation.
