Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia is excited to announce the completion of Page Street, six newly constructed single-family homes on 1604-1614 Page Street in North Philadelphia.
The homes will be 3-bedrooms, 1.5 baths located in the Diamond Park neighborhood. All Habitat units are built to Energy Star standards, allowing six more Philadelphia families to have a safe, warm and dry place to call home.
Habitat’s unique Homeownership Program partners with first-time homebuyers who might not otherwise qualify for a traditional mortgage, opening doors of opportunity to build brighter futures for themselves and their families.

Originally developed to align with Habitat’s mission to provide affordable housing, the Page Street Rowhomes are located in the Diamond Park neighborhood of North West Philadelphia, with close proximity to Diamond Park, academic institutions, and cultural landmarks.
Habitat Philadelphia continues to support the revitalization of the Diamond Park neighborhood, partnering with community organizations and development companies to bring this collective vision to life. In addition to the six new homes, Habitat Philadelphia also carries out substantial home renovation and repair projects in this area.
