Oxford Green

Homes Built by Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia

Our vision is a city where everyone has a decent place to live. Alongside families, community partners and volunteers, we work to reduce barriers to affordable homeownership in Philadelphia.

Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia is excited to share the completion of our Oxford Green Rowhomes, 20 newly constructed single-family homes on Oxford Street in Lower North Philadelphia.

The homes have 3-bedrooms and 1.5 baths located between 23rd and Oxford Streets. All Habitat units are built to Energy Star standards, allowing 20 more Philadelphia families to have a safe, warm and dry place to call home.

Habitat’s unique Homeownership Program partners with first-time homebuyers who might not otherwise qualify for a traditional mortgage, opening doors of opportunity to build brighter futures for themselves and their families.

On June 8, 2021, we dedicated the last home to a new family!
