Peter and Kathy Davis pledged a $1 million planned gift in 2021 to launch the Wilt Street Legacy Society at Habitat. Membership ensures that more Philadelphia families will have a safe, warm, and dry place to call home for generations to come.
To become a part of this unique community of supporters, donors must name Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia as the beneficiary of a planned gift. Some gifts might include a bequest, appreciated securities, gifts of retirement accounts, named beneficiary of a DAF, gifts of life insurance and/or charitable income gifts such as charitable gift annuities, charitable remainder unitrusts, charitable remainders annuity trusts.
