Planned Giving

There are a variety of ways to make a planned gift to Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia, both during the donor’s lifetime and/or through a will or living trust.

Types of planned gifts include: Securities, IRA charitable rollover, bargain sale, charitable lead trust, bequest, retirement plan, retained life estate, charitable gift annuity, and charitable remainder trust.

To get started with an IRA charitable rollover, estate gift, or bequest, see below. For more information or to have a discussion about other types of Planned Giving, see this brochure and contact Kathryn Fernandez, Chief Development Officer, at kathrynf@habitatphiladelphia.org.
