Diamond Park

Homes Built by Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia

Our vision is a city where everyone has a decent place to live. Alongside families, community partners and volunteers, we work to reduce barriers to affordable homeownership in Philadelphia.

Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia is excited to announce the completion of our Diamond Park Rowhomes, 21 newly constructed single-family homes on 16th and Fontain Streets in North Philadelphia.

The homes have 3-bedrooms, 1.5 baths located near Diamond Street. All Habitat units are built to Energy Star standards, allowing 21 more Philadelphia families to have a safe, warm and dry place to call home.

Habitat’s unique Homeownership Program partners with first-time homebuyers who might not otherwise qualify for a traditional mortgage, opening doors of opportunity to build brighter futures for themselves and their families.

On January 12, 2019, we dedicated the last of our 21-home development project to a new family!
