Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia is excited to announce the development of Coltrane Commons, which will consist of 21 affordable homes on Oxford Street, between 32nd and 33rd in the Strawberry Mansion neighborhood of Lower North Philadelphia. In a first for Habitat Philadelphia, this development will include a mix of single-family and condominium buildings to accommodate a diversity of household types, housing needs, and financial means.
All the homes at Coltrane Commons will be sold to households who qualify for our Homeownership Program and earn 80% or less of the Area Median Income for Philadelphia. For information on how you could qualify for this unique Homeownership Program, please see our Homeownership Program page.
