Homes Rehabilitated by Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia

Our vision is a city where everyone has a decent place to live. Alongside families, community partners and volunteers, we work to reduce barriers to affordable homeownership in Philadelphia.

Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia proudly presents four rehabilitated homes on N. Hollywood Street and N. Newkirk Street in Brewerytown.

Featuring 2-3 bedrooms and 1-1.5 bathrooms, these homes are built to Energy Star standards, allowing four more Philadelphia families to have a safe, warm and dry place to call home.

Habitat’s unique Homeownership Program partners with first-time homebuyers who might not otherwise qualify for a traditional mortgage, opening doors of opportunity to build brighter futures for themselves and their families.
