Titan CEO announced today that Kathryn Fernandez, Chief Development Officer at Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia, is a 2025 Philadelphia Titan 100 Hall of Fame recipient!

The Titan 100 program recognizes Philadelphia’s Top 100 CEOs and C-level executives. They are the area’s most accomplished business leaders in their industries – demonstrating exceptional leadership, vision and passion.
Collectively, the 2025 Philadelphia Titan 100 and their companies employ over 111,000 individuals and generate over $145 billion in annual revenues.
As a Philadelphia Titan for three years, Kathryn joins the Hall of Fame – a class of elite executives that have consistently shown their commitment as pillars of the community.
“Philadelphia’s Titan 100 are setting new standards for growth, innovation and impact,” says Jaime Zawmon, President of Titan CEO. “These trailblazing leaders inspire transformation across industries, uplift communities, and drive meaningful change. We proudly celebrate their legacy of excellence and unwavering commitment to shaping a brighter future for all.”
For those who know Kathryn, this award comes as no surprise. Her commitment to Habitat Philadelphia’s mission – to partner with families in need of a decent place to call home – has opened doors of opportunity for hundreds of homeowners across our city.
Since joining Habitat for Humanity in 2017, Kathryn has raised millions of dollars to build and preserve affordable homes alongside community partners and volunteers, always staying centered on the human impact of her work.
“I’m incredibly honored to be part of the Philadelphia Titan 100 for a third consecutive year and join the esteemed members of the Hall of Fame,” said Fernandez. “I’ve learned so much from my fellow Titans about different styles of leadership and have brought those insights home to my work with Habitat.”
Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia has been proud to serve as the Titan 100 nonprofit partner for the past two years.
Kathryn will be honored at the annual Titan 100 awards celebration on September 18.
