More than bricks and mortar, your investment changes lives.

Critical partners in helping Habitat Philadelphia build affordable homeownership opportunities, house sponsors help defray the costs of construction. According to the level of sponsorship, there are various benefits involved.

There’s No Place Like Home - $100,000

Cover the costs of building a full home with a Habitat partner family.

  • Participation in the home dedication with the family when the home is complete; opportunity to present the key to the Habitat partner family
  • Press releases distributed to all major media outlets in the market area
  • High visibility signage located at the site indicating sponsorship for the duration of the build (typically 6-12 months)
  • Highlighted story in our newsletter, Habitat Happenings which reaches 5,000 individuals and corporations; sponsor name/logo included in quarterly publications
  • Highlighted story in our e-news reaching 2,500 individuals throughout the greater Philadelphia area; monthly logo/name recognition in e-news
  • Annual Report recognition
  • Sponsor highlighted on our website with logo and link to sponsor website
  • Liberal use of Habitat logo for promotional purposes
  • Up to 1000 hours of employee "team building" volunteer work on the home:
    • ~15 build days which includes kick-off build day
    • Will work with house sponsor to tailor build days to meet the needs of house sponsor and Habitat’s construction timeline
 

Home Sweet Home - $50,000

Build a strong foundation and rock solid first floor.

  • Participation in the home dedication with the family when the house is complete
  • Highlighted story in our newsletter, Habitat Happenings, which reaches 5,000 individuals and corporations
  • Highlighted story in our e-news reaching 2,500 individuals throughout the greater Philadelphia area; monthly logo/name recognition in e-news
  • Limited use of Habitat logo for promotional purposes
  • Listing on our website with logo and link to sponsor website
  • Up to 500 hours of employee "team building" volunteer work on the home
    • ~8 build days which includes kick-off build day
    • Will work with house sponsor to tailor build days to meet the needs of house sponsor and Habitat’s construction timeline
 

Welcome Home - $25,000

Cover the costs of pouring the foundation and adding first floor joists and decking to the basement.

  • Signage located at the site indicating sponsorship for the duration of the build (typically 6-12 months)
  • Listing on our website with logo and link to sponsor website
    • Up to 250 hours of employee "team building" volunteer work on the home
    • ~4 build days
    • Will work with house sponsor to tailor build days to meet the needs of house sponsor and Habitat’s construction timeline
 

Building Home - $10,000

Build a strong foundation and rock solid first floor.

  • Signage located at the site indicating sponsorship for the duration of the build (typically 6-12 months)

  • Up to 75 hours of employee "team building" volunteer work on the home
